Returns
At StephieAnn we take pride in the quality and design of our products, nonetheless we understand if you’d like to return or exchange an item. You may return your order for an exchange and refund within 30 days of first receiving the products. Products must be unused and returned in original condition including tags. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your order arrives back safely. Responsibility and costs for returning goods is borne by the customer. Please contact info@stephieanndesign for more information.
Please return all products to: StephieAnn, 87 Portland Road, Hove, BN3 5DP. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the above conditions have not been met, so just make sure you take care when unpacking and repacking.
Most StephieAnn products are made locally and in most cases we are able to alter or create a new product if your’s isn’t quite right. If you’re not happy with the product, let Stephie know and any alterations can be completed FOC.
Personalised Items
StephieAnn is unable to refund personalised, commissioned, bespoke or custom made items unless faulty.

An ‘Unsubscribe’ button is located at the bottom of all StephieAnn newsletters. Once unsubscribed your personal data will be removed from our system.
StephieAnn understand how important data security is and with this in mind, we take uttermost care with your personal details. All transactions are processed securely via PayPal. Access to your personal data is password protected. We regularly monitor our system for vulnerabilities and update security regularly.
