The wait is finally over – the brand new StephieAnn AW16/17 collection ‘That Tender Light’ has been launched and is available online and on Not On the High Street. With so many pieces and prints making up the collection, it can be difficult to work out how to wear the collection. So fear not – we asked our fashion experts to come up with top tips for how to wear the collection.

While Relaxing/Travelling

It’s called ‘loungewear’ for a reason! When StephieAnn was founded in 2014, the company primarily made lingerie, but as it grew bigger, founder Stephie decided to make loungewear as well. The new collection contains gorgeous lounge trousers, slip dresses, camisoles and shorts – making the perfect outfit for sleeping, relaxing on the sofa, and sitting out in the garden having an evening glass of wine or cup of tea. Plus, all products are made of 95% silk, 5%, so they’re ridiculously comfy. The lightweight nature of the loungewear also makes it perfect for travelling in, so if you’re jetting off abroad any time on, invest in a pair of loungewear trousers for ultimate luxury and comfort as you recline at 40,000 feet.

Everyday Wear

The prints from the new collection are so gorgeous it seems a shame to just wear them indoors, right? Which is why we’re so happy that the slip dress has come back into fashion! You can read more about how to incorporate a slip dress into daily fashion here. But it’s not just the slip dress you can wear outside, the camisoles also double as gorgeous tops, sure to turn heads with the eye-catching prints. In a recent interview, fashion blogger and owner of style&grace Sam told us “I love the Midnight cami; they’re so great because you can wear them as loungewear or you can put them on under a leather jacket in the daytime”. Pair the cami with jeans, leggings, or a long skirt for a boho look. Due to the rich colours of the camisoles, it’s best to opt for neutral coloured trousers, so as not to clash.

Dare to Bare

At StephieAnn, we love the ‘underwear as outerwear’ trend, and we think that our gorgeous bras are far too pretty to hide under a shirt. Why not wear your bra as a top, and pair with high-waisted jeans or a long skirt? If you feel too naked, then slip on a cardi or a blazer for a gorgeous, summery look. Want to wear your bra out at night? Step out in a pair of heels and add loads of jewellery to accessorise.

To Bed

If you don’t feel like wearing your StephieAnn attire outside, just opt for the traditional, and wear it to bed. The richness of the silk means it’s really soft to the skin, ensuring you feel comfortable while snoozing, and there’s a choice of shorts or lounge trousers to suit everyone’s style. And with three gorgeous prints to choose from, why not mix and match? Consider pairing an Eve cami with a Dawn eyemask, then slide into bed with a cup of tea and chill out.
