08/03/2020 – still here 🙂 Please allow a few extra days for delivery. Royal Mail are still committed to delivering but parts of the country are operating with longer delivery times.

So long as I’m healthy, following government advice and Royal Mail is still running, StephieAnn is still open and taking orders.
I’ve been social distancing and working from home since I returned from Austria at the beginning of March. I’m keeping my work space clean, washing hands, (moisturising tips very welcome!) plus using Drop and Go where I drop my order bag outside the post office.
It’s a developing situation and I’m keeping up to date with government advice. Unless I’m advised not too, I’ll continue to process orders.

“Royal Mail remains open for business. The postal service is a key part of the UK’s infrastructure…..We have provided guidance to our people to help prevent the spread of any infection. We are doing so in line with preventative guidance from Public Health Authority. We have also made a series of adjustments to our parcel handling procedures. We are keeping our ways of working under continuous review.” Royal Mail 31st March 2020

Royal Mail provides weekly updates of any changes in procedures.

We all need something to make us smile! (I’ve bought myself a gold ring). Throughout this craziness, I want to share joy. Therefore, with every order placed, no matter how big or small, I will send a StephieAnn greeting card, hand written with your message to an address of your choice, free of charge. Card designs range from floral to my paint set, stags in Richmond park and sailing boats, all professionally printed on lovely paper. Cards will be chosen at random.
To top it off – if you can provide proof that yourself or you friend are essential workers (NHS card etc), I may even add in an extra special something.
Order as normal, when you get to the checkout you’ll see a text box to the right under the heading, Order notes (optional). Enter the delivery address to send the card to followed by your message. Alternatively, pop me an email with you address and message to: info@stephieanndesign.co.uk

Two words that mean so much. At times like these, I have so much to be thankful for. Roughly 2 years ago I started making a big shift with StephieAnn, concentrating all efforts online, getting the business to a point where I have daily orders. There have been many points since then when I’m thankful for the tough decision I made but none more than now. StephieAnn is still running and stronger than ever, thank you for your continued support.
If you ever fancy saying hello, I’m a regular on Instagram stories. AND if you fancy a good laugh, head to my profile (@StephieAnnDesign) and click the LOL highlight for accidental crotch close up’s, me hiding 22 stock boxes around my parents house and silly photoshoot captions.
