What are your eye masks made from?

Women’s eye masks are 100% silk & men’s have a 100%  cotton front with 100% silk back.

Washing instructions?

Wash lightly by hand with a delicate or soft detergent. Dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.  

Is the strap adjustable?

The strap is not adjustable, it is flat velvet elastic designed to reduce bulk. An adjuster can be added for an additional £6.00 charge.

HELP!  The strap  is too tight/loose

Straps can be made shorter or longer on request free of charge, email info@stephieanndesign.co.uk with the amount in cm you would like the mask to be shortened or lengthened by. 

 I’d like to add more letters to the personalisation

Longer requests can be accommadated. There may be a small extra charge, roughly £3-7, depending on how many extra characters you want to add. Email info@stephieanndesign.co.uk with your request.

Lavender Bag Queries 

Where does your lavender come from?

StephieAnn uses British dried lavender. During the summer & Autumn Stephie harvest’s lavender from her family and friends garden’s in Sussex & top’s up her lavender store with local produce. 

How long does lavender last?

Dried lavender can keep for up to five years. 

Tip’s on making your lavender last longer…

If giving as a gift, keep the scent fresh by storing in a cool, dry, dark place, either wrapped in the tissue provided or an airlock bag. If left sitting, the lavender may appear musky. Give the bag a good shake and the scent will instantly freshen. After some time refresh by adding lavender oil to the bags.

How are your products personalised?

Stephie and sometimes Mum Niki personalise each product by hand from Sussex. All personalisation is completed in a traditional hand stitch

I have an idea for personalisation, can I request something?

Go for it, I’m all ears! Longer personalised requests & designs can be accommodated for a small extra charge. 

Can I return a personalised product?

Personalised orders are non-refundable, however most products can be altered & please do ping Stephie a message. 

Gift Wrap

Our gift service is beautifully unique to StephieAnn. Most products offer this service under the option, ‘How to wrap your order?’. With this service your order is packaged in a smart gift box before being wrapped in recycled craft paper. Stephie then uses string and twine and flowers pressed from her garden to decorate your order. The pressed flowers used change with the seasons.

Choose from Floral or Festive Gift Wrap
