Start the festive season with this fun, creative hand embroidery workshop in Hove. Fabric crackers are a fantastic eco-friendly alternative and even double up as napkins! Personalise your Christmas table this year in this, ‘perfect for beginners’ stitch experience. Ages from 12+, group size – 6.

Get merry for Christmas during this evening workshop! Over the two hour class we will personalise a set of four linen napkins with your choice of napkin, embroidery and ribbon colours. Extra napkins and crackers are available to purchase to either complete in the session, or take home all the materials and instructions to complete at your own pace. Extra crackers are £8 each and can be purchased ahead of or during the workshop. The napkins are embroidered with your choice of initials using an easy to learn backstitch in festive colours. Once the embroidery is complete, Stephie will show you how to wrap the napkin around the tube to create the cracker.
All napkins, cracker tubes, embroidery thread and ribbons are provided as well as tea, coffee and soft drink refreshments.
Stephie started embroidering and making clothing as a young teenager. Now, an expert in hand embroidery, Stephie has been embroidering and selling gifts online for nine years, sending over 15,000 embroidered socks, pyjamas, scarves and hats worldwide. The cracker workshop is ideal for those who've never picked up a needle before, as well as those wanting a fun experience for an eco-friendly Christmas! Stephie will lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it.
