Either heat in the microwave or cool in the freezer for desired affect.

Heat by... placing in a clean microwave for 30-60 seconds at 600W - perfect for mindfulness, yoga and de stressing

Cool by... freezing for a minimum of 30 minutes - great for sore muscles

This wheat bag is wonderfully unique, embellished with hand embroidery. Stephie uses traditional techniques to add lettering to the linen. Either choose our standard phrase, 'share love' or create your own.
